Senior Consultant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead key accounts and generate new or add-on business and services via cross-selling.
• Manage and deliver consulting assignments primarily in the people and organization experience strategies domain, including but not limited to people experience strategy, health & wellbeing, diversity, equity & inclusion, and organizational design.
• Communicate and work closely with the project/program team to ensure a clear understanding of deliverables, deadlines, and measurement criteria for project proposals.
• Monitor progress towards project objectives and KPIs, effectively managing project risks and opportunities.
• Review the team's work to ensure high-quality output aligned with the scope of work, delivered on time and within budget to meet client expectations.
• Engage with clients to align on work plans and deliverables and build strong, trusted relationships.
• Proactively manage the drafting of proposals and participate in proposal pitches to convert pipelines into secured wins.
• Develop research, thought leadership, and data collection to understand client's current ways of working and operating.
• Ensure all consulting operational systems, such as Salesforce and FinancialForce, are updated, monitored, and maintained.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or any other relevant field
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Impeccable communication skills (English and Arabic)
• Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that exceeds stakeholder expectations
• Familiarity with common business software, project management tools and methodologies
• Ability and willingness for frequent travel within the GCC and Middle East
• MENA experience
