Senior Construction Manager

Job Description :
Senior construction managers are high-ranking officers of the company and they are primarily responsible for providing oversight and management for construction programs.

Responsibilities :
1. Review and analyze preliminary and interim project plans and specifications for technical efficiency and adequacy
2. Interpret methods and approaches in developing project calculations, layouts, drawings, and specifications that support project objectives and standards
3. Review and provide general oversight on conceptual studies and sketches that indicate pertinent project features, material, equipment, and specifications
4. Coordinate all project phases with appropriate managers and staff elements, and maintain current engineering data for assigned projects
5. Maintain surveillance over construction contractors to ensure overall compliance with contracted specifications, schedules, approved drawings, and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Qualification :
1. Minimum of 15 years of construction field experience in all phases of Civil and Building Construction OR an Associate?s Degree in Construction Management
2. Related field and 10 years of field experience
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
