Job Description
Educational Qualifications: The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Higher degrees may be preferred, such as a master's degree in project management or civil engineering.
Previous Experience: The candidate must have experience managing large construction projects, especially in the area of anchored assets. Must have experience managing work teams and coordinating schedules and resources.
Leadership Skills: The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team and manage conflicts effectively. Must have the ability to make difficult decisions and guide the team towards achieving set goals.
