- Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues.
- Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Incident Response:
- Provide advanced support for infrastructure-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates and insights into infrastructure activities.
- Capacity Planning:
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure the infrastructure meets current and future demand.
- Propose and implement scaling strategies for various components of the cloud infrastructure.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud infrastructure.
- Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
