Inside Account Manager

Job Details:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Locate vehicles for customers (in stock)
  • Place client vehicle orders
  • Make sure to respect budget
  • Be able to negotiate vehicle pricing if necessary
  • Provide customer service
  • Respond to calls and emails
  • Responsible for producing vehicle quotes to customers
  • Work with all manufacturers directly and dealers
  • Produce resale contracts and explain SAAQ process to customers
  • Act as a liaison for customer inquires regarding maintenance, fuel, billing, resale of vehicles, while using our systems and policies
  • Calculate monthly rental
  • Assist clients with the choice of ideal vehicles for the needs and to build vehicle selector
  • Attend various events such as Auto Show, Manufacturer’s product presentations, etc.
  • Attend internal and external meetings with clients (occasionally)
  • Being able to understand our client’s industries in order to properly guide them:
  • Understand our services and contracts
  • Be able to detect problems and escalate the situation to whom it may concern
  • Have a Team Spirit
  • Provide administrative support
  • Conduct file follow-ups

GENERAL OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be autonomous, able to solve problems and ready to work in a dynamic environment
  • Be versatile in order to be able to provide assistance if necessary
  • Be able to operate general office equipment such as computers, scanners,
  • Be attentive because this position involves an important financial aspect for our company as well as the client
  • Ensure that all correspondence complies with company policies and guidelines
SKILLS:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English)
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize work tasks
  • Ability to anticipate, recognize and define problems while formulating solutions
  • General calculation skills
QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, the ideal person will be dedicated to helping, proposing, and finding solutions to the various needs of customers for their vehicle fleet. Be comfortable communicating by phone as well as by email with customers, dealers and manufacturers etc. The ideal person will have an eye for detail, will be well organized and able to learn to prioritize their work tasks. Also, the person must be reliable and self-sufficient, able to work with minimal supervision.
