Hiring a Civil Engineer for our company. Key Responsibilities: Keeping detailed records of construction site activities. Analyses engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, coordination on site requirements. Coordinate on joinery installation and assist in managing the works on site. Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc. Close coordination on site logistics and deliverables with all stakeholders, subcontractors etc. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. To deliver orders from start to finish; to time, cost, quality and safety standards. Supervise the work regularly, provide on the spot guidance to ensure high quality craftsmanship and keep senior production supervisor posted on the progress of site works. Intervene & resolve/change details as and when required to facilitate smooth implementation of all works as per plan. Coordinate and ensure support to Joinery facility and Design on any offhand special request to enable smooth installation & completion of project. Being able to manage staff working hours with maximum efficiency and high performance. Able to communicate with labours and manage the outcome day to day. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Three to four years work experience as Civil Engineer. Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D. Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
