- Ensure the implementation of the quality assurance system, conducts quality audits and monitors and records results from processes and procedures within manufacturing and ensure ongoing reliability of the manufacturing process.
- Oversight and conduct QA activities (RM/FG inspection, line Quality operations) that ensures the on-time delivery of accurate results and implementation of proficiency testing and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for the QA Laboratories.
- Conducts physio-chemical tests on the raw and process materials using approved procedures at required frequencies and entry in LIMS. Ensures that the correct materials are used in beverage production and sees to it that the beverage produced complies to specifications.
