Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

You will:

• SQL Expertise: Utilize advanced SQL skills to query and manipulate large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Problem-Solving: Break down complex business issues into manageable parts, applying critical thinking and an analytical approach to devise effective solutions.
• Dashboard and Report Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
• Data Engineering: Write efficient code to pull data from various APIs, ensuring seamless data integration and flow.
• Python Programming: Utilize Python for data analysis, automation of tasks, and enhancing data processing capabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data trends and patterns to provide strategic guidance to the business.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to improve data processes and systems.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, enhancing the overall analytical capability of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
• Profound knowledge of SQL and experience in data querying and manipulation.
• Strong experience in creating dashboards and reports
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles and experience in extracting data from APIs.
• Proficient in Python, with a focus on data analysis and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
