Job Description
The mission of the Business Analyst is
- to understand analyse and optimize workflows business processes and automation
- Must be adept at grasping the business needs and translating them into actionable plans to enhance operational efficiency streamline processes and facilitate automation
- Work collaboratively with different departments to implement strategic business solutions
- Bridge the gap between Information Technology and business to deliver datadriven solutions that align with KAIZENs objectives and improve overall operational effectiveness
- years experience as Senior Business Analyst
- University degree in Engineering Mathematics Physics or any degree demonstrating exceptional proficiency in quantitate analytics

- Business process modeling (Visio BPMN UML)
- Data analysis tools (Excel SQL Python)
- CRM Tools
- ERP Systems (SAP ORACLE)
- Documentation tools (Microsoft Wiki SharePoint)
