• Well versed in application of architectural design standards, practices, and techniques
• Demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model building, and presentation drawing
• Expert in REVIT software or other software packages typically associated with architectural designs and models
• Experience in managing a team of designers and reviewing designs and construction plans
• Meet codes, budgets, and schedule
• Good communication and coordination skills
