JOB PURPOSE
To oversee the client s advertising system, provide necessary support and respond to calls and complaints related to commercial advertisements, coordinate with the respective Departments in the client, government institutions, and advertisement companies for any inquires and complaints, and provide periodical reports on the advertisement permits.
i. Audit of the AMS Advertising System, study and issue around 20K transactions on an annual basis;
ii. Respond to calls and complaints from the Call Center (ASK) on a daily basis;
iii. Follow-up with advertisement companies and government institutions and coordinate with them regarding advertising permit procedures and requirements;
iv. Meet customers needs at the Center and provide the necessary support regarding advertising services;
v. Make periodical reports of advertising permits;
vi. Follow-up on outstanding and common matters with the Departments in the client and institutions.
Requirements
i. Bachelor s degree in business administration, Economics, Media, or related fields from a recognized university.
ii. 2 years relevant experience in a recognized organization.
iii. Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
iv. Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
v. Resourceful team player who excels at building trustable relationships with customers and colleagues.
vi. Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
vii. Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints.
