Senior Accountant

• To oversee and manage their product on daily basis through data insights, customer studies, competitive comparisons & benchmarking, stakeholder interviews and closely work with the tech team to build product strategy and release features.
• Based on business requirements, will have to manage various products across the organization
• We are continuously tracking and monitoring consumers, customers, and competition and preparing insights & benchmark reports on the same.
• Reports directly to the VP of Business Solutions and coordinates with him to make full-fledged business proposals to CXOs.
• Collaborate with the Tech Development team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build the right set of features, and track adoption for same.
• Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
• Gather detailed functional requirements and create Business requirements (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs/schedules versus customer benefits.

• Manage and mentor subordinate product managers.

• At least 5 to 6 years of experience in the online Payment Solutions Domain
• Understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it.
• Assume ownership of products including defining the scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products and upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support, and engineering teams.
• Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.
• Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Strong business management and analysis skills.
• Should have owned the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to release and roadmap.
• Work with clients internally to define platform product requirements and organizational readiness for product rollouts.
• Should have worked on major Product development projects for any of Payment s integrations, like CC/DC, NB, UPI (Collect and QR), Auto Pay (UPI Auto Pay, E-NACH, SI), BBPS, Cross Border Payments
• Must behold fair idea of modules like Reconciliation, Pay-out, Refund, Settlement, Chargeback
• Must have handled the team of Product Managers for delivery of projects and monitored project deliveries, held by them.
