The Program
Once hired, you will take part in a comprehensive training program surrounded by a supportive team that will prepare you for your career ahead. Master the craft and earn an opportunity to join their Sales & Account Management team where you will have the chance to develop new business, manage client relationships and lead your own delivery team of recruiters. Excel in the role as a Top Sales Producer and advance into Sr. Leadership where you may be given the chance to launch a new office, a division or move into a large account national sales role. Executive leadership then presents itself for the best of the best.
The Recruiting Role
As a recruiter, you will impact both their candidates and customers by finding the right technical talent for their clients.
This will include:
-Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
-Screen and interview qualified candidates.
-Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
-Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
-Perform various customer service related activities.
-Partake in regular team-building activities such as philanthropic events, happy hours, and team/company gatherings.
The Sales & Account Management Role
-Responsible for new business development activities which include: prospecting, cold calling, virtual and in-person presentations of the clients service offerings to target accounts.
-Ongoing relationship management with active accounts.
-Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and co-workers.
-Responsible for training/development and day to day management of a small team of direct recruiter reports.
-Partake in regular team-building activities such as philanthropic events, happy hours, and team/company gatherings.
Requirements:
-Great telephone skills, as well as dynamic in-person relationship building skills.
-Career driven with a resilient and gritty personality.
-High performer that is driven by feedback and collaboration with peers and leadership to grow both personally and professionally.
-Highly motivated, results-driven with strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
-Ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in a sales or recruiting-related role. This can be internship experience or previous job-related experience.
-Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
