This is a remote position.

Role: Client Acquisition Manager US Staffing (Remote across India)


Department: Sales/Staffing


Interviews commencing next week!!



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new client accounts (Direct), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and get contract Staffing Requirements and close positions.
  • Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.
  • Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
  • Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
  • Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business



Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
  • Has achieved Revenue Between 2 to 5 Million USD in the past.
  • Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.
  • Should be able to work Independently - end to end in pursuing closures/revenue targets.
