Zuora Analyst / Consultant / Senior Consultant / Technical Architect

Job Requirements:

As a Zuora Consultant, you ll work within an engagement team and be responsible to:

• Translate business problems into solution leveraging the out of the box configuration capabilities of Salesforce subscription management modules / Zuora as well as technical solution based on Subscription management systems / Zuora APIs, data exports and advanced configuration-Mandatory
  
• Review and advise Salesforce / Zuora Product Catalog updates, Bill Runs, Payment Runs concepts and integration of Payment gateways-Mandatory
  
• Build Invoice Templates, Email templates and Communication Profiles-Mandatory
  
• Manage Subscriptions via mass amendments, renewals etc
  
• Review, update or develop Sales force / Zuora workflows for new or existing needs.
  
• Review / consult about Sales force / Zuora REST APIs and Call Outs-Mandatory
  
• Set up roles and permissions in Subscription management systems / Zuora
  
• Use Zuora reporting/ Data Sources module as necessary
  
• Should have in-depth knowledge on Salesforce / Zuora object model
  
• Provide technical expertise/consultation in integrating Salesforce / Zuora with other applications
  
• Train other resources in Stellantis-specific Zuora implementation
  

Required Qualification and Technical Experience:

• Bachelors degree
  
• 5-6 years IT experience with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on Salesforce Subscription management modules / Zuora -Should have worked at least in 3-4 Zuora projects from Inception to Delivery -Must have good communication skills and capable of managing discussions with client -Self-driven and individual contributor-Mandatory
  
• Strong grasp of cloud integration patterns and technology options -Ability to work on multiple client engagements with time management -Ability to provide multiple approaches to solve a particular problem -Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational
  
• Experience in Agile methodology and experience in working on Agile projects. Experience with methods such as Scrum, SAFe, TDD-Mandatory
  
• Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level, able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid paced implementation environment
  
• Should have completed all Zuora Certification required, if not should be able to complete the certification within 6months of joining
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Zuora Salesforce packages (Z360, Z-Quotes) and configuration
  
• Hand on experience with Zuora Revpro, integration with accounting systems, monitoring of month end accounting period closure activities-Mandatory
  
• Experience with solution implementation in the areas of order-to-cash, finance, accounting
  
• ERP systems experience
  
• CPQ experience
