Security patrol officer

• Responsible for maintaining the positions of assigned personnel, assisting in proper orientation, training and in-service training programs for all security officers, and identifying potential security and safety risks.
• Actively participates in excellent customer service and takes responsibility in maintaining relationships of equal respect with all.
• Along with the supervisor, the team is briefed at the beginning of their shift to update them on security-related developments and concerns.
• Manages scheduling and assignments of assigned employees. The team checks to ensure uniforms are worn correctly and all assigned equipment is ready for duty at the beginning of their shift.
• Manages daily operations of assigned shifts and provides training and guidance to subordinates.
• Responsible for patrolling assigned areas to ensure the protection of the public, visitors, employees, Doserv property and its customers.
• Together with supervisor, investigates and documents security risks, incidents, and illegal activities.
• Responds to a variety of communications; Provides initial guidance and support as needed in emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Maintain good public relations by assisting others as a source of information and direction; Traffic and parking control; Investigate all safety and security incidents and traffic accidents.
• Be aware of and respond to potential illegal activities on site. Patrol the site to ensure that the place or location is far from any illegal activities.
Qualifications
• Diploma or associate's degree in security or law enforcement in any field.
