•Must provide Level 3 technical support on high priority incidents related to network security to drive triage and problem resolution
•Implementing Changes with respect to security architectural level modifications
•Firewall devices optimization such as rules consolidation/fine-tuning & periodic firewall rule base review
•Knowledge and ability to identify the risk on the customer Network Security architecture & suggest solution to identified risk according to the best practices.
•Should have experience in handling and responding to Security incidents.
•Good understanding of Security incident management (SIM) tool like Arcsight
• Strong knowledge on Routing & Switching technology
• Should have basic knowledge on Windows, linux OS & commands
• Should have good presentation skills & Fair knowledge on ITIL Framework
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
