- They are responsible for ensuring that their employees provide the greatest customer service and monitor the financial performance of the store.to deal with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Price control and stock control.
- Responsible for implementing the annual budget plan for this financial year for this phase.
- Support the store manager by making monthly section forecasts.
- Section managers areassigned to oversee specific areas or sections on the production floor.
- They ensure that workers are doing their jobs properly and that products that come from their section are quality-checked.
