• Scrum Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring active participation from all team members.
• Team Enablement: Empower the team to self-organise and make sound decisions. Foster a collaborative culture that embodies the Agile mindset.
• Impediment Resolution: Proactively identify and remove barriers that hinder or slow down the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
