Job Description
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Conduct assessments and create individualized plans to support students' social and emotional development
- Advocate for students' needs and collaborate with community agencies to provide additional support and resources
- Educate students, parents, and staff on topics such as bullying prevention, mental health, and conflict resolution and UAE Child Rights Laws and Regulation
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student services and progress
