Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide pivotal support for ERP transformation, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and System Integration (SI) Partner.
• Execute module delivery with precision, adhering to timelines, budget constraints, and stringent quality standards.
• Emphasize the implementation of a vanilla system, optimizing core retail ERP features, integration, data migration, and reporting in a SAAS-based environment.
• Define and model business processes collaboratively, engaging key business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Apply hands-on expertise in ERP solution design and configuration, translating business requirements into meticulous technical specifications. Address identified gaps to enhance overall process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee data integration into the Retail ERP system, ensuring accuracy and integrity for comprehensive reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain data models supporting performance management processes.
• Leverage comprehensive experience in ERP implementation, upgrades, and support projects, particularly within the retail domain. Navigate intricacies of Retail Supply Chain Cycles, Omni-channel workflows, and Retail Business processes.
• Act as a bridge between functional consultants, product owners, and business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Design test cases, manually validate end-to-end functionality, and provide ad-hoc training and user support.
• Play a central role in change management for large-scale, end-to-end Digital Transformational projects. Champion change within business units, ensuring seamless transitions.
