Deep understanding of the SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) system, its components and functions.
Ability to analyze customer needs, identify functional requirements for SAP HCM applications, and design and implement appropriate solutions.
Experience implementing modeling, design, configuration, testing and support processes for SAP HCM applications.
Ability to guide customers in improving business processes using SAP HCM technologies.
