5+ years experience, including a minimum of 4 End to End complex project implementation experience with SAP C4C.
- Strong experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs
- Strong functional Configuration. Implementation, Rollout and Support experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud
- Strong expertise in Lead, Opportunity, Quotation, Sales Orders, Ticketing Modules
- Must have experience in integrating with SAP ECC using SAP CPI
- Must have experience in C4C SDK
- Must have experience in Integration with other SaaS products
- Good to have Integration with Cloud Microservices
- C4C Sales Cloud Certification is a plus
- SAP CRM experience is a plus
- Good to have knowledge of other SAP CX products like SAP Customer Data Cloud, SAP Customer Data Platform, Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, CPQ etc
- Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology and Working
12+ years IT Experience, including 10+ years demonstrated experience in successful delivery of medium to large scale projects. Candidate must have Agile certification & at least 2-3 years of experience in successful delivery of Agile projects. Candidate should also have a good hands-on experience on project delivery using Waterfall, Agile & Hybrid model as necessary. Should have core experience around project budgeting and finance management along with resource planning and management within projects. experience managing vendors and putting a lot of pressure on them. someone with a lot of drive and push tracking everyone (business, vendor)
