Project Brief:
To provide Industry best procurement Implementation strategy and operating model for the domain which meets business domains and enterprise needs. Primary Responsibilities & Deliverables
Work very closely with Management Procurement Director and team to understand the business requirements and closely work with SAP Ariba Implementing partner and internal IT teams.
Lead through the lifecycle of an SAP Ariba implementation.
Define and communicate Strategy that balances the needs of the Enterprise and the Business domains
Guide through the design process to make decisions with full visibility into SAP Ariba Best Practices.
Evaluate potential solutions against business requirements ensuring they are aligned to broader architectural and security standards and that they meet tactical and strategic objectives.
Understand Process and problems anticipates needs / Identifies issues and approaches for determining potential solutions.
Assist in the development of processes and procedures which leverage SAP Ariba solution functionality being deployed.
Plans and manages project tasks and resources to ensure deliverables are on time within budget and meet quality standards to achieve high satisfaction.
Share expertise through training and communications with ensuring knowledge transfer and the desired level of selfsufficiency is achieved.
Knowledge in Interfacing Master data from SAP ERP to Ariba and Vice Versa
Work with Development/QA teams to build/test the solution
Document functional business requirements process flow diagrams and business cases
Facilitate review sessions with Business owners and enduser representatives
Demonstrate business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements

Proven experience in delivering this type of solutions to challenging business requirements for project initiatives Exposure and Experience on areas such as Procurement Process Improvement SAP Ariba implementation
EXPERIENCE
More than 12 years of experience in Project Management and Procurement transformation
Minimum of 5 years experience as SAP Ariba and SAP ERP
Handson experience with implementing SAP Ariba programs EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in data science computer science engineering or related field. Masters preferred
