Salesforce Expertise: The implementor must have extensive knowledge of Salesforce (at least 5 years), including its core product types (operational, analytical, and collaborative CRM), and be familiar with the Salesforce Catalogs to navigate the comprehensive platform effectively
Customization and Configuration: The implementor should be skilled in Salesforce customizations and configurations to tailor the CRM system to our company's specific needs. This includes creating custom objects, fields, and workflows, as well as integrating with existing apps (such as cloud-based call-centre & WhatsApp business API).
Quality Assurance: The ability to perform quality checks throughout the implementation process to ensure that the CRM system meets our company's requirements and operates as intended. This includes testing configurations, workflows, and integrations to identify and resolve any issues.
