- Technical planning and operation of the new IT infrastructure for all marketing systems
- Lead development of migration concepts for a reliable transfer from old to new system world (from in-house developments to adapted standard products)
- Introduction and support of new marketing solutions such as SalesForce, as a platform for customer service of the leading fashion retail group in Germany
- Participation in setting up a monitoring system with a dedicated alert level and in designing an extended role/rights system.
- Coordination of the development of interfaces between the systems for data transmission
