The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements related to Salesforce, designing Salesforce solutions to meet those requirements, and working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
- Must - Excellent communication and written skills
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
- Support end-users by providing training and documentation on Salesforce solutions
- Must - Design and document Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to configuration, custom development, and integrations with other systems
- Develop skills and acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position on an ongoing basis
- Continuously improve the quality assurance process by identifying and implementing new tools and techniques
Requirements
- Must - Minimum 4 years to 6 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst
- Must - Minimum 4 years of experience on Salesforce Platform
- Must - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with developers, stakeholders, and end-users
- Must - Desirable to have 1-2 Years of leadership experience.
- Must - Have Techno functional knowledge on Salesforce CRM
