Job Title: Sales Representative / Business Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Representative / Business Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills a strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and research potential clients and markets.Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling networking and referrals.Utilize industry databases and resources to identify potential opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to inform sales strategies.Collaborate with the sales team and management to set realistic goals and timelines.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions and support.Conduct regular followups to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects.Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.Address any objections or concerns raised by clients in a professional manner.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to evaluate progress towards goals.Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales business development or a related role.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
