You will be accountable for the following:
Responsibilities:
Support the assigned territory sales team to achieve net sales and profitability targets following the Sales Target Plan through the efficient use of business assets and relationships with Key Stakeholders in the Market.
Protect and develop Vifor Pharma brand Advocacy and reputation in the Market.
Develop and maintain the best relations with the relevant Stakeholders with focus on the private sector.
Tasks:
Totally responsible on the achievement our sales goals in the assigned territory.
Is responsible for establishing a tailored made relationships to individual clients to achieve targets whilst maintaining ethical standards
Is responsible for negotiation with assigned key accounts/customers to promote products and develop business.
Responsible of maximum use of field force following the Guidance of the Area Managers.
You will maximize access to medicines within the assigned important accounts/customers/territory according to commercial goals and activities.
Establish quality relationships with current and new customers recommend and build partnerships in areas to help obtain market Potential.
Follow up Sales & Customers needs. Ensure the availability of Vifor Pharma Products in the Key Accounts for Patients in need.
Proactively in close coordination with all internal stakeholders (Commercial Marketing & Market Access Teams)
Represent customer needs in building strategy and investments across all customers.
Have complete understanding of decisionmaking process and decisionmaking people.
Maintain an uptodate details and map of formal / informal decision makers and decisionmaking process for each allocated account.
Maintain an uptodate details of customer knowledge (current / potential/ emerging junior partners) email addresses mobiles business figures and logistics.
Implement & monitors of annual quarterly & monthly sales plan for the assigned portfolio in the assigned territory.
Prepare short and longterm sales forecasts for all products based on analysis of sales trends AMU & stocks competition market potentials (seasonality) economic etc.
Participate with vision with marketing team to develop & implement marketing and promotion strategies that help achieve company sales & marketing goals.
Achieve us monthly targets in the following main performance areas; Sales Activities.
Follow the implementation of targeting & profiling exercise to ensure coverage of potential customer base.
The skills necessary to perform the responsibilities of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education experience or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
Experience of at least 3 years of track record in the Commercialization of pharmaceutical products
Languages : Arabic and good English
You will be based in Dammam and you should have the flexibility to travel at least 50% of the time.
