Black & Grey HR is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager (Lighting) for our client a fast growing company in ecofriendly and energysaving lighting solutions. This role is pivotal for our client s expansion coinciding with the launch of a new manufacturing line in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in lighting solutions ready to drive growth across the KSA market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to introduce the companys lighting solutions to clients contractors and end users across Saudi Arabia.
Identify and secure lighting project opportunities focusing on project sales.
Perform market research analyze competitor offerings and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with architects consultants and clients to ascertain lighting requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare project quotations and proposals and negotiate with customers to secure orders.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure order processing and delivery meets customer expectations.
Provide insights on competitor products and contribute to vendor registration processes.
Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with the project management team.
Requirements
Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Saudi market.
Proven track record in project sales within the lighting industry.
Extensive knowledge of lighting products and technologies.
Established relationships with key suppliers contractors consultants and designers in the industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid Driving License. Ready to travel extensively for Business
