Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to the growth of our business. Sales Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies, set sales, and ensure execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales in automotive industry/spare parts industry and a strong desire to develop their skills and grow their career in sales. In this role you will: • Achieve monthly sales targets and grow the business by developing customers portfolio and sales volumes. • Set sales goals and objectives and monitor progress towards achieving them. • Lead sales team. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets. • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. • Work on the incoming leads and broaden the sales funnel. • Search for and activate prospective customers. • Onboard and assist new clients. To be successful in this role you need: • 3+ years of experience in sales management role within automotive market and OEM industry (wholesale, export sales or brand distribution) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong desire to learn and develop sales and management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams. • Self-motivated with a high level of flexibility. • Proficiency in English (B2) and Preferable Russian Speaking. • Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup& Pivot).
