Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in marine engine building for the marine industry. The ideal candidate will have a total of 5 years of experience in the field, with expertise in component modeling, hover hauling, and engine re-building.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the marine industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding marine engine building solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for component modeling and engine re-building projects.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
