Sales Manager - Industrial Catering Company

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and generate new business
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for business growth and improvement
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial catering industry with UAE experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel as required
• With a Valid UAE Driving license
