- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
-Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
-Responsible for closing deals and processing payments
- Ensure proper shelf display.
- Replenish out-of-stock and replace short expiry
dates.
- Make sure to maintain the showroom clean at all times.
- Ensure zero variance in stock within the retail outlet.
- Manage the process of the sale, returns/refunds as per company policy.
- Attend to client phone calls.
- Issue accurate reports at the end of the day.
