Sales Promotion: Take the lead in outdoor sales activities by promoting our clients specialty coffee beans and equipment ensuring each customer interaction is personalized and exceeds expectations.

Customer Engagement: Forge strong connections with customers understanding their needs providing expert advice on our products and making personalized recommendations.

Achieve Sales Targets: Ambitiously set and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals adopting a resultsdriven strategy to boost revenue.

Market Analysis: Keep a close eye on market trends customer preferences and competitor movements to uncover new opportunities and tackle potential challenges.

Requirements

A proven track record in sales ideally within the specialty products or F&B industry.

A genuine passion for and knowledge of specialty coffee.

Familiarity with various coffee brewing equipment and techniques.

A solid understanding of Dubais local coffee market.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
