Ensure compliance with processes, directives and policies in all transactions
Use a range of tools and technologies available to organize and manage different types of customers and complete sales (Internet,
Marketing materials, interactive areas and tools)

Ensure customer journey in store is carried out as directed
Follow and ensure compliance with planning, scheduling and reporting systems
Collect payments from customers in a secure and organized manner
Respond to customer inquiries and follow the process for obtaining information from the store's knowledge source
Assist subscribers in maintaining and updating customer accounts
