Responsibilities:
• Qualify leads and assess their needs and wants
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Market and promote properties to potential buyers
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Negotiate purchase offers and contracts
• Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork for closings
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and conditions
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Fluency in Arabic, English and Turkey (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
