Job Description
Reliance HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team in Dubai United Arab Emirates The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities securing new business and managing existing customer relationships
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the freight forwarding industry
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Negotiate rates and services with customers
Monitor customer trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
Prepare and submit customer quotes and proposals
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or related field
years of experience in freight forwarding sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of freight forwarding operations and processes
Ability to travel as needed
