Job Description

- Implement product features that are secure, scalable, robust and easy to implement and maintain
- Work independently within self-organizing Agile teams
- Plan and identify solutions and risks in assigned work
- Be responsible for implementing features, provide bug fixes, and reviewing code quality to ensure they work well at cloud scale
- Take pride of ownership in code and product features delivered
Requirements
- Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications
- Expertise/good relevant experience on the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server)
- Good knowledge of Client-side scripting JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo
- Knowledge of design patterns is required
- Ability to deliver software and artifacts independently
- Good understanding of project architecture and software development processes
- Good to have - Exposure to Azure cloud/services
- Good communication skills
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or staffing agency) with technology skillsets such as software development, project management, data analysis and business analysis A good understanding of technology and technical skills Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
