Sales Executive - B2B Sports Retail

• Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the Padel sports industry.
  
• Explore new geographical areas and potential partnerships to increase business reach with retailers; clubs and E retailers
  
• Event participation
  
• Attend relevant sports events conferences and trade shows to network with potential clients showcase products or services and stay connected with industry developments.
  
• Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams:
  
• Work closely with marketing operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  
• Provide valuable insights to enhance product development and marketing campaigns.
  
• Stay Informed about Industry Trends:
  Stay updated on the latest trends innovations and developments in the Padel sports industry.
  Use insights to position the company as a leader in the market.
  
• Reporting and Analysis:
  Track and analyze sales performance metrics providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators revenue targets and areas for improvement.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 3 years of experience in the UAE preferably in the Sports retail industry
  
• Able to work in Sharjah
  
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm 6 days a week
  
• Strong communication skills hungry to drive and contribute to the revenue of the company through sales.
