- A Minimum of 2 years as Sales Engineer in Construction in UAE is a Must.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of construction industry products and solutions to effectively communicate technical details and benefits to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, from initial concept through to completion, addressing client requirements and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance by setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet or exceed goals.
- Market Analysis and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Effective Communication: Employ excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders, conveying technical information in a clear and compelling manner to foster successful collaborations.
