Sales Director

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Lead, recruit, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and develop plans to maximize sales.
• Provide feedback and support to sales team to ensure goals are met.
• Develop sales plans to maximize the performance of the sales team.
• Create sales reports and track progress against sales goals.
• Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer information.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in Real Estate.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing at least 10-20 Real Estate Agents at once
