- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on sales leads.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales pipelines, sales forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Monitor and track competitor activities and market trends.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.
