Job Description

- Receiving orders and checking sales details.
- SAP Coding of items ordered by the customer and CMD update.
- Monitoring invoicing and deliveries.
- Collection follow-up (customer reminders, reports).
- Monitoring customer accounts and compliance with Incoterms.
- Manage the logistics with customers: deadlines, communication, monitoring, etc.
- Follow-up of customer documentation (collection and dispatch of commercial documents)
