Sales Coordinator - Consumer

• Synchronize the information flow between sales team and back office to ensure proper work flow.
• Coordinate the promo activities between Trade Marketing, Operation Supervisor and Sales Team to receive promotion item on time
• Prepare and send across the daily Sales Report to inform the sales team about the current sales figures.
• Collection data from market and record (leaflet, news paper and digital) for management review
• Coordinate with Logistic department for impounds shipments to make sure the shipments cleared and received on time.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related specialization.
• Previous 3 Years experience in back office for operational and administrative task in consumer division.

• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets for sales reporting and analysis through Microsoft Excel.
