Fuse Technologies is looking for a highly collaborative, experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the team and own our most strategic launches & go-to-market initiatives. Youll drive awareness and demand for our B2B Enterprise business across various verticals and categories, and ultimately execute our biggest launches through a variety of channels

This individual is a key hire, and will come with an ownership / GM mentality to own go-to-market strategy and execution of our products including: messaging and positioning, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer journey mapping, sales enablement, customer research, pricing, and more. You ll be working closely with Product, Sales, Creative, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

To be successful, you must be collaborative in nature and ready to partner with multiple teams across the business, including product, program, events, brand, sales, strategy & business operations, marketing analytics, PR, and more.



Requirements

What youll do

  • Lead go-to-market efforts and launches for our ITSM solution

  • Work closely with our PMM team and cross-functional teams such as events, product, program management, brand & creative, sales, marketing analytics, PR, and more to drive

  • GTM initiatives, launches, and annual customer events from the bottom up (examples include: High Velocity: ITSM World Tour event and acquisition announcements )

  • Raise awareness and demand for Fuse Technologies solution in the market, including with customers, partners, press, and industry analysts

  • Define strategy of Atlassians participation in third-party events (in-person and digital) in the ITSM space, including identifying speaking opportunities for subject matter experts in the organization

  • Lead strategic product marketing projects as needed



What You Will Do:

  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy & execution for your product lines

  • Manage your products like a GM with a focus on how to improve metrics like awareness, attach rate, adoption, and customer retention.

  • Ensure we hit our revenue goals through customer/partner acquisition and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Educate our sales teams on products and create sales tools / collateral to help them win.

  • Be the in-house expert (buyers, influencers, competitors, industry, etc.) on your Fuse Products lines of business.

  • Be a spokesperson, evangelist, and thought leader with analysts, customers, and partners.

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, strategy, or growth marketing (B2B SaaS marketing preferred).
