• Conduct thorough market research to identify offplan property trends and potential buyers.
  
• Analyze competitive offerings pricing strategies and market conditions to offer valuable insights to clients.
  
• Proactively seek and build strong relationships with clients interested in offplan properties.
  
• Effectively present offplan properties emphasizing unique selling points potential ROI and additional benefits.
  
• Prepare visually appealing marketing materials showcasing offplan projects.
  
• Stay updated on local real estate regulations ensuring legal compliance in all transactions.
  
• Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary documentation for offplan property purchases.
  
• Provide financial advice including mortgage options payment plans and investment strategies.
  
• Collaborate with financial institutions and mortgage brokers for smooth financing.
  
• Negotiate favorable terms between buyers and developers and facilitate offplan property transactions.
  
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for offplan properties using online and offline channels.
  
• Organize promotional events and open houses to attract potential buyers and investors.
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics related to offplan properties.
  
• Attend conferences seminars and workshops for knowledge enhancement and networking.
  
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the property purchasing process.
  
• Address client inquiries concerns and issues promptly for a positive customer experience.
  
• Generate regular reports on market trends sales performance and client feedback.
  
• Utilize data analytics to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Be educated to degree level.
  
• Be fluent in English along with your native language of either Russian Italian French German Chinese Arabic or Indian.
  
• UAE Driving License
  
• Have Good knowledge of Dubai s Real Estate market
  
• Be capable of growing a solid social media presence
