- Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Handel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Premium- / Luxusbereich (Handel, Hotellerie, Gastronomie o. Ä.)
- Berufserfahrungen in der Beauty und im Außendienst von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Aufbau eines Kundenstamms
- Verständnis des Kosmetik-, Fashion- und Luxusmarktes oder große Motivation, sich dies anzueignen
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Geübter Umgang mit Kennzahlen
- Offene, selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Verkaufs- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohe Serviceorientierung & Flexibilität
- Präsentationssicherheit bei Schulungen und Trainings
- Reisebereitschaft & Führerschein Klasse B (für Area Sales Advisor (m/w/d))
