Job Description
Essential Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
- Marketing degree preferred but not essential
- 12…15 years of Sales & Business development experience selling Physical Property Analyzers in Oil & Gas industry
- Preferably 5 years’ sales experience in SIC Analyzer business
- Prior knowledge & experience working with Oil & Gas System Integrators / EPC organizations / Consultants
- Prior experience in Middle-East & India markets
- Self-driven & self-motivated
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent Communication and presentation Skills.
- Experienced and skilled negotiator.
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment of building and maintaining relationships.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, flexible, efficiently, smart and responsible, self-motivated and with good working attitude Good interpersonal skills, responsible & self-motivated
- Independent development & execution of sales & marketing plan in India / in ME
- Focus on Order Intake, Sales revenue, Key Account Management
- New business development
- Development, execution & tracking of growth initiatives
- Explore cross selling opportunities (within BU as well as across the BUs)
- Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.
- Regular visits to the various stakeholders (customers / EPC / Consultants / System Integrators) in India / in ME
- Planning & execution of the marketing plan (roadshows / fairs / ….)
- Keep watch on various activities from competition and provide strategic inputs to the BU
- Identification of various projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical and energy sectors and get involved with all the stakeholders right from the FEED stage
- Order Intake (60%)
- Marketing – Roadshows & Seminars (20%)
- Customer visits (20%)
