- Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to lead multiple project tasks
- Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies to team members and outside parties
- Valid Kuwait Driving License and Transferable Residence Visa 18
